Our staff will assemble your order and have it ready for you.
How soon can I receive my order? Depending on availability, we will typically have your order ready within 60-90 minutes. You can choose a pick-up time at checkout. Slot times are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so you may have to select a later pick-up time, but your order may be ready sooner than that. We will call you when your order is ready to be picked up.
What is the difference between the 3 Delivery Methods? Hot Food Curbside is for Hot Food, Made to order Sandwiches and Rainbow Acres deli packaged products. Which are prepacked salads, prepacked sandwiches, prepacked vegan salads, Rainbow dips & chips, and Rainbow wraps, sides, & more. Juice Bar pickup is for Juice Bar items only. Curbside pickup is for all other orders. This will ensure the front end has enough time to shop for your items. Please note: If you submit a huge order for Hot Food or Juice Bar pickup we will inform you if we need more time to prepare your order.
How do substitutions work?
While shopping online, if you navigate to the shopping cart, you will see “Allow All Substitutions” near the top or select “Allow Substitutions” by individual items. When we pick your order, our team will communicate with you about any out-of-stock items and recommend substitutes that you can directly approve or reject. When ordering, please enter any item notes in the cart with specific instructions for substitutions, such as “needs to be gluten-free.”
Do you deliver? As of yet, no, we do not offer delivery.
Where do I pick up my curbside orders? At Rainbow Acres, we offer contactless pick-up. You will receive an email notification that will allow you to check in when you arrive to pick up your order. The notification will say, “What is the make/model and color of your vehicle? Where are you parked?” or when you arrive, call 310-306-8330 and let a team member know how to find you. Open your trunk or backseat, and they will place your groceries inside. Please allow for a little extra time during our lunch rush, typically 12-3 pm.
Is there an order minimum I need to meet?
No, we do not have a minimum order.
Are there any fees for an online purchase?
Yes, for 12 items or more we charge a $5 fee.
Can E-Gift Cards be reloaded?
E-Gift Cards can be purchased through WebCart by clicking here; however, they cannot be reloaded since they are not physical gift cards.
Can I use my Physical Gift Card on Webcart? Physical gift cards may only be used in-store, but E-Gift cards can be used both in-store and online.
Can I earn Rainbow Rewards? Yes! Members can accrue and use points the same way they would in-store. Select Rainbow Rewards to view your available balance to see if you can redeem when checking out on WebCart. Can I edit my cart after I sent my order? You can modify or add to order by hovering over where it says “Hello, (your name)” and selecting “Orders.” Once you see the order, you can select “Edit Order.” You can then add or subtract anything on this order before the picker begins to collect your items. However, you will lose your current pick-up time and be asked to choose the next available slot. If you do not want to lose the original time chosen, please call us as soon as possible so that our employee may adjust your order accordingly.
Can I review my order once it’s been placed? You will receive an order confirmation email that includes a summary of your order. Additionally, you can log in to your account and select ‘Past Orders.’ Here you can see an order you just placed as well as any previous orders. You can also easily duplicate a past order from this menu.
How can I cancel an order I've placed? Hover over where it says “Hello, (your name)” and select “Orders.” Locate the order, and there you can select “Cancel Order” under the “Edit Order” button.
When is my credit card charged? Your credit card will initially show a pending charge for the amount of your original online order. However, your final receipt will reflect the total charge of the items we were able to fulfill from your order, as the total may be adjusted due to substitutions, additions, or out-of-stock items.
Can I save an order I have not finished yet? You bet! Once you have registered for an account and logged in, any item you put in your cart will remain there until you checkout or remove the item. After 24 hours, you will receive an “Abandoned Cart” notification via email with the subject line “Ready to Checkout?”.
What if I need to return a product from my order? Returns will be handled the same way as any purchase from Rainbow Acres. Please bring the product back with your receipt within thirty (30) days, and we will credit the item back to the original payment form.
I received the wrong product. What should I do? Our pickers do their best to make sure you get exactly what you ask for, but if a mistake does happen, please call us at 310-306-8330 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will correct this oversight.
Is my credit card information safe? Your credit card information is never stored at Rainbow Acres or shared with any third parties. Card data input is replaced with an irreversible token in our system with no value, and the credit card processor encrypts all cardholder information.
What about bag fees? We exclusively use paper bags for your grocery order (single-use plastic bags are banned). There is a 10¢ fee for each paper bag that will be added to your order. We'll pack your groceries using the least amount of paper bags possible (unless requested otherwise) to minimize the environment's impact. By default, we will use plastic bags for produce unless requested NOT to do so.
What if I would like to change my account information? When you sign in to your account, select the ‘Profile’ tab. From there, you can update your contact information. You can also edit/delete your payment information from the ‘Wallet’ tab.
How is the tax for my order determined? Online orders are taxed the same way as if you were shopping in-store.
How does Buy One, Get One Free work? If an item is marked ‘Buy One, Get One Free,’ you must add two of the same item to your cart to receive the second item free. The same goes for any items sold by 2/$5.00 or similar.
