Rainbow Rewards is our way of thanking our loyal customers for choosing Rainbow Acres. As a member you will be entitled to exclusive member only savings on select items. You will also receive an annual birthday coupon for 10% off one purchase. You are able to collect points on many items and redeem your points for additional discounts. The program is free; simply shop like you usually would and get rewarded for it.
When checking out in-store, tell the cashier your phone number. The cashier will gladly associate your account and ensure that you receive your points.
When checking out online, make sure you are logged in before checking out and your purchase will automatically be credited to your account.
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on most items throughout the store. Earn 2 points for every $1 spent on Rainbow Acres brand products, juice bar and deli items excluded. Rewards can be claimed once you reach 250 points and can be redeemed up to any increment.
Members earn one (1) point for every one dollar ($1) spent when they purchase qualifying products linked to their Rainbow Rewards account. A 250 point reward translates to a $2.50 coupon. Points are calculated as follows: If you spend $15.49, you will receive 15 points. If you spend $15.99, you will receive 16 points. In other words, points are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar at the $0.50 mark.
Deli items, including hot food, grab-n-go items, and juice bar drinks, CBD and Alcohol products are not eligible for points. Gift cards, taxes, and fees are excluded as well.

Yes, if you provide us with your birthday, you will receive a 10% off coupon good for any one qualifying purchase the day of your birthday or the two days following. If you are opted in to marketing and receive our emails, we will send you an email reminding you of the coupon.

A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. However, if you have lost your receipt or consciously decided to opt out of printed receipts, we can use your account number to look it up. For further details, see our store website for our return policy.
Yes, members of the same household can have a joint account. Each family member can create their own account and can have it linked under one main account. This allows you to earn rewards quicker. Your kids can join too! Age restrictions apply.

During the sign-in process, click the “Forgot password?” link. You will receive an email assigned to your associated account to reset your password.
Once you’ve created an account online, you can access or update your personal information at any time. You can also contact us with any requested changes and we can make them for you.
To receive all the benefits of our loyalty program, you must provide your first and last name, phone number, valid email address, and birthday. Opting in to receiving emails from Rainbow Acres and providing your birthday allows us to send you exclusive member offers.

Yes, the minimum age required is 13, but you must be linked to an adult’s account. In order to have an individual account you must be 18 years or older.
You can submit your missing transactions, as long as we have a copy of your receipt. If you don’t have a physical copy, we can look it up for you. Please allow up to 48 hours for adjustments to be made.
In store - At checkout, please make sure to associate your account to the purchase. If you have any redeemable rewards, the cashier will be prompted to ask if you would like to use them. You can start redeeming when you have at least 250 points. Tell the associate at what increment you want your rewards to be applied. Use some or all of them, it is up to you!
Online - Make sure you are logged in with your Rainbow Rewards account before proceeding to checkout. When you get to the payment section, you will see an option to apply available points towards your purchase. Please note that at this time all available points will be applied if eligible with no way to pick a certain amount.
Yes, your points can be combined with other discounts and special offers. For example, you can redeem your points on monthly sale items and use brand coupons in the same transaction.

By providing us with a valid email address, you will receive key program benefits such as e-receipts, bonus points promotions, birthday gifts, information on monthly and member only sales, and other offers that are only available via opting in to marketing emails.
