We will provide exchanges or refunds for items purchased within 30 days.
All products must be half full when returned and have the original product inside.
A full refund is subject to a manager's approval if you return the product in its original packaging and with your original receipt.
A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. However, if you have lost your receipt or consciously decided to opt out of printed receipts, we can use your Rainbow Rewards account number to look it up.
If payment was made via debit or credit card, that same debit or credit card must be provided to process the return.
Cash returns will be processed if the original purchase was made in cash. No cash returns if the original purchase was not made in cash.
No returns on items marked Final Sale on your receipt.
