Dear Rainbow Acres Webcart and Curbside Pick-Up Customers:
As of March 1, 2023, Rainbow Acres will be discontinuing our Webcart online shopping portal.
We ask that you place your grocery or Deli orders with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please list your items in your email and include your name and phone number.
Once we have assembled your order, we will call you and take your payment over the phone.
Please have your credit or debit card information ready. We do not keep your credit card information on file.
When you arrive to pick up your order, you may come to the Customer Service Desk or call us at 1(310)306-8330 and push 1,
and we will be happy to bring it out to your car.
Curbside pickup available:
7:00 am - 6:00 pm Mon. - Sat.
8:00 am - 6:00 pm Sun.
How soon can I receive my order? Depending on availability, we will typically have your grocery order ready within 60-90 minutes. Juice Bar and Sandwich orders will be ready in about 20-30 minutes. We will call you when your order is ready to be picked up.
How do I pay for my order? When our store associate calls to let you know your order is ready, they will take your credit or debit card information over the phone and run the transaction. Please have your payment information ready.
Do you keep my credit card on file? No, we do not keep any payment information on file.
Where do I pick up my curbside orders? You may come into the store and pick up your order at the Customer Service counter, or opt for contactless pick-up. When you arrive, call 310-306-8330 and push 1 to let a team member know how to find you. Open your trunk or backseat, and they will place your groceries inside. Please allow for a little extra time during our lunch rush, which is typically 12-3 pm.
Is there an order minimum I need to meet?
No, we do not have a minimum order.
Are there any fees for an online purchase?
Yes, for 12 items or more we charge a $5 fee.
Can I earn Rainbow Rewards? Yes, members can accrue points on grocery and household items the same as they would in-store.
Can I use a gift card or EBT to pay for my order? Yes! Just let us know in your email that you will be using one of these types of payment and we will process it when you arrive to pick up.
What if I need to return a product from my order? Returns will be handled the same way as any purchase from Rainbow Acres. Please bring the product back with your receipt within thirty (30) days, and we will credit the item back to the original payment form.
I received the wrong product. What should I do? Our pickers do their best to make sure you get exactly what you ask for, but if a mistake does happen, please call us at 310-306-8330 and push 1 or e-mail email@example.com, and we will correct this oversight.
What about bag fees? We exclusively use paper bags for your grocery order (single-use plastic bags are banned). There is a 10¢ fee for each paper bag that will be added to your order. We'll pack your groceries using the least amount of paper bags possible (unless requested otherwise) to minimize the environment's impact. By default, we will use plastic bags for produce unless requested NOT to do so.
How is the tax for my order determined? Pickup orders are taxed the same way as if you were shopping in-store.
